The griddle is intended for direct food cooking. Do not use

pans or other cookware on the griddle.



Always center the griddle over the bridge cooking zone as

illustrated below. Be sure the griddle is positioned correctly

and stable before use.

Placing the griddle’s rubber feet directly on a

cooking zone could make them melt due to the heat

transfer from the griddle.

Please note that the griddle used on your induction

cooktop will heat up much faster than conventional

cookware.


